To Memory Lane Urns,

      I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your attentive customer service in helping me select an urn for my Dad's cremains.

Also for the care you took in ensuring that I was happy with the layout of the picture and the text on the front of the urn.

     My family was also pleased with the urn. At the cemetary, when the worker took the urn out of the box, she exclaimed,

"What a beautiful Urn! " I was surprised, especially since I'm sure she has seen her fair share of them.

     I think my Dad would be proud of the dignified and gorgeous urn for his final resting place. I would have been embarrassed

if we kept the cremains in the plastic box the funeral home gave us. It was ugly and didn't honor my Dad's memory at all.

     Thank you again for making this part of my familie's journey, hassle free and pleasent. I wish you well with your new line
